At the end of every Dribbble Project, both clients and designers have the opportunity to share feedback about their experience. This includes a star rating out of five, along with a short written summary of how the project went. Reviews help build trust within our community and give future collaborators insight into the quality of work and communication they can expect.
Do you collect reviews for all Dribbble Projects?
Yes, we collect feedback for every completed project on Dribbble. For the small number of projects that are cancelled, we gather feedback through a separate process to ensure we still understand what happened and can support both parties appropriately.
How are ratings calculated?
Ratings are based on the average of all reviews - submitted by both clients and designers - after a project is completed. Designers also have the option to import reviews from verified platforms outside of Dribbble. These imported reviews are factored into their overall rating as well.

Where are ratings displayed?
At the moment, ratings are only visible on designer profiles through the Designer Search and Service Search pages. Ratings for clients are not yet public.
Can I read the full reviews for a designer?
Not just yet—but they are on the way. We’re working on making the complete written portion of reviews available soon, so you’ll be able to see more context alongside star ratings.
Why don’t some designers have ratings?
Some designers may not have received ratings yet because they’re new to Dribbble Projects or haven’t received enough reviews to calculate a reliable average. As they complete more work, ratings will begin to appear on their profiles.
Are client reviews public?
No, client reviews are not currently visible. However, we do collect them and are planning to make them available when we introduce public client profiles.
What if I receive a review that feels unfair?
We know that not every project goes perfectly—sometimes expectations don’t align, or things just don’t click. If you feel a review doesn’t reflect the reality of your experience, you’re welcome to reach out to our support team to explore next steps. Please don’t contact the other party directly to request changes to a review.
