What Are Designer Advertisers?
Designer Advertisers are designers who have purchased a Dribbble advertising product, such as Promoted Designers, Promoted Services, or Display Ads. These designers receive additional visibility on the platform and are granted special privileges for the duration of their advertising campaign.
However, Designer Advertisers are not just any designers—they are established professionals with trusted reputations, high-quality work, and a history of success on Dribbble. Dribbble carefully selects and approves a limited number of Designer Advertisers to maintain quality, and there is a long waitlist for participation.
Key Differences When Hiring a Designer Advertiser
Contact Information – Designer Advertisers can display their contact details in specific profile areas and share them in messages, and it is permitted by our Terms of Service to communicate with them off-platform at any point.
Payment Options – Designer Advertisers can accept payments both on and off Dribbble. Other designers are required to process payments through Dribbble.
Platform Fees – When working with a Designer Advertiser using Dribbble Projects or Services, the Client Platform Fee is waived (though the payment processing fee still applies).
Important! Only Designer Advertisers are allowed to share contact details and accept payments off-platform. Sharing contact details with other designers or taking projects off-platform is against our Terms of Service.
