While designers using Dribbble are responsible for managing their own local tax obligations, as outlined in our Terms of Service, Dribbble provides helpful tools and documentation to keep your bookkeeping and tax preparation simple and straightforward.
This article will walk you through how to access your earnings information, customize your invoices, and find the details you need to stay organized as an independent designer.
Invoicing for Dribbble Projects
Dribbble automatically provides an invoice for each completed project, which can be used for your tax records. These documents include the project name, and the total amount paid to you.
You can also customize the personal or business details that appear on your receipt (e.g. your legal name, business address, tax ID) in your Account Settings. These details will appear on the invoices generated for you.
Creating Custom Invoices
If your local tax authority requires you to issue your own invoice, you may invoice Dribbble using the following company information.

Dribbble is the entity that pays you directly for completed projects—we handle billing the client separately. This means you do not need to prepare a separate invoice for the client, and you do not need to collect the client's billing details to prepare an invoice for your records.
Please note: These self-issued invoices are for your personal record-keeping and tax filings only. Dribbble does not require you to send an invoice to initiate your payout. If you need to submit your invoice to us for documentation, you may do so via our contact form below.
